Refund policy

Effective date: July 28, 2026

This policy covers both products sold on nitro-racing.com: Weekly Setups (one-time digital purchases) and Series Subscriptions (recurring digital access).

Weekly Setups

Weekly setups are delivered digitally and immediately accessible upon purchase. Because the product is instantly delivered digital content, all weekly setup sales are final once delivered.

Exception: if you did not receive your setup, received the wrong file, or the file is defective, contact us at russ@nitro-racing.com within 24 hours of purchase and we'll fix it or issue a refund.

Series Subscriptions

Subscriptions (Cup, O'Reilly, or Truck Series — monthly, quarterly, or annual) automatically renew at the end of each billing period and your payment method is charged automatically, until you cancel.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel anytime through your account or by contacting russ@nitro-racing.com. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the current billing period already paid for, since you retain access to that period's setups.
  • No partial refunds: We don't prorate or refund part of a billing period you've already been charged for and had access to, except where required by law.
  • Price or plan changes: If we change subscription pricing, we'll notify you in advance of your next renewal and you'll have the opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect.
  • Failed payments: If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge or suspend access until payment succeeds.

Your Statutory Rights Are Not Affected

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any consumer guarantee or right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law in your jurisdiction, including the Australian Consumer Law's non-excludable consumer guarantees, EU/UK consumer protection law, or equivalent US state law. If a statutory right conflicts with anything above, the statutory right applies.
